When Intel gives permission for OEMs to use non-Intel chips in their systems, what were the business terms before? Could this be evidence of Intel engaging in unfair business practices? Recent AMD lawsuits and raids on their overseas sales offices works wonders in correcting their anticompetitive and possibly illegal behavior.

Even if Apple is choosing Intel CPUs, most Mac users are still cautious about this whole transition. For example, here is a popular Dashboard widget:
